For this reason, information was received that Rahul Dhanbadi bought the baby girl by paying 20 thousand rupees for the 9-day-old baby girl. No permission has been taken from the Central Adoption Resources Authority. An affidavit has been submitted to the Cable Rayagada Notary. In this regard, after receiving a complaint under 1098 Zaria, the district child protection staff reached Nuapada Basti. This is Rahul's second child. At the time of birth, he is a resident of a foreign state, so he does not have any certificate of Rayagada district. It is reported that he is married to Kumud Gancha.
