The parents abandoned their newborn child due to poverty

Such a rare incident has been seen in Nuapada near Jekepur under Chandili police station of Rayagada district. An incapacitated mother has reportedly given her daughter up for adoption illegally to a childless man in neighboring Andhra Pradesh. A baby girl born on the 3rd of this month to Rahul Dhanbadi and Kumud Gancha of Nuapada Basti near Jakepur in Rayagada District was given to the childless Kopala Rajashekhar of Padopenki village in Parvathipuram district of neighboring Andhra Pradesh for adoption. For this reason, information was received that Rahul Dhanbadi bought the baby girl by paying 20 thousand rupees for the 9-day-old baby girl. No permission has been taken from the Central Adoption Resources Authority. An affidavit has been submitted to the Cable Rayagada Notary. In this regard, after receiving a complaint under 1098 Zaria, the district child protection staff reached Nuapada Basti. This is Rahul's second child. At the time of birth, he is a resident of a foreign state, so he does not have any certificate of Rayagada district. It is reported that he is married to Kumud Gancha.
