Nuapada District Magistrate visited the panchayats on Sunday and visited the polling stations, Encouraged the workers in the MNREGA scheme.

Nuapada, on 24.11.24, today, Sunday, even on holiday, Nuapada District Magistrate Madhusudan Dash visited the panchayats and villages, encouraged the workers and directly interacted with the villagers. He went to Silda and Dumerpani Vidyalayas in the interior areas of Nuapada block and inquired about the progress of the work of new voter registration, revision of the voter list, and Form No. 6,7,8 with the booth-level officials. After that, he visited the dam excavation project of the Mahatma Gandhi Surety Job Scheme in Saliha village and met the workers. Since there is enough government labor-based work available in their villages and areas, he asked everyone to take this opportunity to work and not to go to other states as migrant workers. He explained about the various schemes of the government for their development and livelihood. l After that, Saliha went to the village and held a meeting there to inquire about the happiness and sorrow of the villagers. He directly talked to them about education, health, drinking water, electricity, labor supply, Subhadra Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The Prime Minister asked to quickly build all the houses received under the Awas Yojana. The villagers and workers felt very happy under the closeness of the District Magistrate. Nuapada Video Rohit Bhoi and other employees of the block were present during this visit. The District Magistrate visits the village even on holidays and meets the villagers and takes necessary steps to immediately resolve their problems and concerns.
