Muribahal: 28/10/24 ( ) Police raided a gambling house in the RMC warehouse of Muribahal police station in Balangir district and detained four persons including two people who claimed to be journalists and seized cash, mobile phone and bike. According to police sources, the police had received a complaint of gambling going on near the RMC godown. Kedar Ladjena (46), elder son of Muribahal Bazar late Kelucharan Badjena, who called himself a daily morning block reporter, Tarsen, younger son of late Shamsundar Meher of Muribahal Basti, who called himself a web journalist, were involved in gambling. Meher (38), the middle son of the late Ghutu Sand of the same settlement, Manpati Sand (50), and Bhakti Sa (33), the son of Gra Sa of Mirabandh village of Bangomunda police station, have been detained.
