Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): General assembly and new staff selection program of Nikhil Utkal Kalyan Teachers and Education Inspector Federation has been held at the assembly hall in Baliguda, Kandhamal district. Nikhil Utkal Welfare Teacher and Education Inspector Federation State General Secretary Vijay Kumar Rath participated as an observer and made today's general meeting and new staff selection meeting go smoothly. Teachers and students from every school in Kandhamal district took part in this program. President and elected the new General Secretary.
