Anker:- Block Level Children's Festival has been held at Binekela Village Government High Primary School under Titilagarh Block. In this the chief guest was local Sarpanch Mrs. Janjiseni Sahu, District Council Member Mrs. Tiki Podha, Honorable Guest ABO Abhiram Majhi, Kodaddhar Bhoi participated in the lighting of the lamp. Inaugurating the celebration, Additional District Collector Sandeep Chandrakar, BEO Arthatran Rath were the chief guests and Subas Chandra Das, Headmaster of Titilagarh Girls High School, Prabir Panda, Principal of Titilagarh Girls High School were the guests of honour. Participated in the programme. In this, drawing, elocution, dictation, debate, essay writing, quiz, creative writing music, orthodox signature, PM Poshan art, group cultural competitions were held. Dibakar Sahu, Headmaster of Bele Binekela Govt Higher Primary School conducted the CRCC Bablu Jal Manch and all the teachers participated in the programme.
